It is a door to prevent the moisture contained in the atmosphere from forming on the surface of the object due to the internal or external temperature difference. It is judged as the temperature drop rate (PX) under the condition of constant temperature and humidity room 22 ℃ / 66% and low temperature room -15 ℃ according to KS test standard.
Features of anti-condensation door
Blocking frost and moisture, preventing mold caused by moisture
Creating pleasant indoor environment in winter
Notification Reference table
Notification No. 2013-845 of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport
In accordance with Article 14-3, Paragraph 3 of the 「Regulations on Housing Construction Standards, etc.」, 「Design Criteria for Prevention of Condensation of Apartment Housing」 was enacted and notified as follows:
Chapter 1 Design Criteria for Condensation Prevention
- Purpose: Its purpose is to contribute to the reduction of condensation in the apartment house and to secure a comfortable living environment in accordance with 「Regulations on Housing Construction Standards, etc.」
- Definition: The meanings of the terms used in this standard are as follows.
- The term "temperature difference ratio (TDR)" an index without a unit to evaluate the relative ratio representing the temperature difference between the room and the outside of the room and the room temperature of the room to be covered’ with "Condensation prevention performance" of the part, and the range is calculated from 0 to 1 according to the following formula.
Temperature difference ratio (TDR) = constant temperature and humidity room air temperature - surface temperature to be calculated / constant temperature and humidity room air temperature - low temperature room air temperature
- "Inside/outside temperature and humidity standard" refers to the standard indoor and outdoor environmental conditions used to judge the condensation prevention performance, and the indoor conditions and the outside temperature of temperature 25 ° C, relative humidity 50% (-20 ° C for Region I, -15 ° C for Region II, -10 ° C for Region III)
- "A region that directly faces the outside air" refers to the outside of the room or the area in contact with the room where the outside air is directly blown
- Scope: Applicable to apartment houses with more than 500 households to be constructed with approval of business plan.
Chapter 2 Criteria for condensation prevention performance
- Performance criteria: The following areas within the apartment housing should be designed to have anti-condensation performance below the temperature difference ratio.
- Door: Entrance gate and escape space fire door
- Wall connection: The connection between the walls of the part that is in simultaneous contact with the outside air and the ceiling and floor in the household
- Window: A window that directly touches the outside air installed in the space where the heating equipment is installed (except for windows installed in a space where no heating equipment is installed, such as a non-expansion balcony).
- Effective Date: This standard will be effective from May 7, 2014.
- Criteria for condensation prevention performance by main part
- The following table shows the anti-condensation performance criteria for each major area considering the area.
